AJx CoverTech (Ajooba Consultants, Proprietorship) is committed to ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refund of services purchased through us.

Insurance Services

  • Once an insurance policy is issued, cancellation and refund are subject to the insurer’s rules and IRDAI guidelines.
  • If a customer requests cancellation within the free-look period (usually 15 days), we will assist in processing the cancellation and refund as per the insurer’s terms.
  • Beyond the free-look period, cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the insurer.

GST, TDS & Financial Services

  • Fees paid for GST registration, filing, TDS, or financial consultancy are non-refundable, as they involve immediate processing with government portals.

In case of double payment due to technical error, excess payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification

MSME & Business Registrations

  • Once submitted on government portals, registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • AJx CoverTech will not be responsible for rejection due to incorrect/incomplete documents provided by the client.

Service Errors

  • If any error occurs due to AJx CoverTech’s processing, we will rectify the issue at no extra cost.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, matters will be resolved as per IRDAI/GST guidelines and subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu (India) courts.
